Can I be a mentor?

What’s in it for me?

How much time will I need to commit? 

 

As a mentor on our development programme, you will receive professional training and support before being matched with a mentee. This process is managed by an independent organisation who will support you on your mentoring journey. 

 

Companies can pay for your training as part of their social value offer, or you can apply for a funded place within the programme. Mentoring is a professional skill that can contribute to your ongoing CPD.

 

Your time is offered as a volunteer and consists of a commitment one mentee hour each month for a period of twelve months.
